28 Sunflowers Photography was created by Pamela Leon with one objective in mind...creating beautiful imagery that will be cherished for generations. What began as a small dream over fifteen years ago in Boulder City has grown into a renowned portrait studio serving Southern Nevada, with clients across the country and around the world.

Pamela Leon is a highly sought after award winning photographer. Her artistry has been published in books, featured in national magazines, and includes landing the cover of Baggers Magazine as well as a feature in Forbes. Her work has been showcased multiple times in Times Square and found in homes worldwide. She has been recognized locally as Best of Boulder City in both 2023, 2024, and 2025 and internationally in multiple photography competitions. A longtime member of the Professional Photographers of America, Pamela continues to refine her craft through leading industry conferences such as WPPI and Shutterfest, along with continued education through WPPI University and Portrait Masters.

Her work, however, is about more than photographs. Pamela believes in the power of giving back. She has served on the Boulder City Heart of the Community Gala committee, the board of Grace Christian Academy, and today is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce. She also donates her time and talents to causes and organizations close to her heart.
